This course explores the benefits of self-leadership to support people living with dementia in partnership with families and staff. The program is delivered online across five weeks and covers the following topics via weekly webinars and online learning modules:
- Weeks 1 and 2: Developing self-leadership, and Communicating with empathy
- Weeks 3 and 4: Building trust, and Stress management
- Week 5: Self-reflection
