The Inclusive Service Standards provide a framework for organisations to adapt and improve their services and practices so they are welcoming, safe, and accessible.
Four modules are offered:
- Introduction to inclusive service delivery.
- Standard 1 – Commitment to inclusive services.
- Standard 2 – Developing systems for inclusive services.
- Standard 3 – Capacity building for inclusive services.

If incorporating the modules into your organisation’s Learning Management System, a request will need to be submitted before SCORM packages are released. The modules will only be made available to Australian Government subsidised providers of CHSP, home care and residential aged care services.
