This online course is designed to equip aged care staff with the basic concepts and knowledge to support older people from diverse cultural backgrounds. The training includes 5 short modules, which must be completed in order:
- Diversity and inclusion in aged care settings
- Defining culture
- Culturally and linguistically diverse people
- Understanding cultural awareness
- Your cultural awareness journey
The first four include a short video followed by an activity/quiz; the fifth includes an activity / final quiz.
