The topics covered in this module enable aged care workers to provide culturally responsive support, particularly to consumers who have migrated to Australia as migrants or refugees. This self-paced online learning module consists of seven short lessons and can be completed on your laptop or any mobile device.

SSI has embedded many years of experience of their diverse workforce into the course to make it practical and able to respond to real-world challenges faced by home care workers. The program also responds to the Aged Care Diversity Framework.
Registration required
Yes, however, the training program is available free to participants who are screened, supported, placed through the government-funded Home Care Workforce Support Program. There is also a flexible paid option for providers to buy licenses for workers.
