This course covers eight modules in palliative care:
- Introduction to palliative care.
- The pharmacist’s role in palliative care.
- Person-centred care.
- Supporting carers.
- Trajectory and symptoms of people living with life limiting illnesses.
- Symptom management.
- Interdisciplinary palliative care.
- Grief, bereavement and self-care.
Each module involves interactive learning and an assessment.

8 hours to complete all the modules.
