The Inclusive Service Standards were developed to assist aged care providers develop and deliver inclusive services to all consumers. They provide a framework for organisations to adapt and improve their services and practices so they are welcoming, safe and accessible.
Four modules are offered:
- Introduction to inclusive service delivery
- Standard 1 – Commitment to inclusive services
- Standard 2 – Developing systems for inclusive services
- Standard 3 – Capacity building for inclusive services.

Comments
Australian aged care service providers with a Learning Management System (LMS) can roll out the Inclusive Service Standards training to staff using their own tools and processes. This can help track engagement and completion as the standards are implemented across the organisation.
The modules use the common SCORM format which is supported by a range of Learning Management Systems.

These training modules are free of charge only for Australian-Government-subsidised providers of CHSP, home care and residential aged care services. All requests will be verified and confirmed before SCORM packages are released.
